Our superintendent wants to make our school district "less white". He cites that its 92% white. Talks about how there is not enough diversity with the employees i.e. they are too white.
Says his approach is deliberate, intentional and courageous.
He also says many other cringe worthy things and cites the George Floyd Case and the Breonna Taylor case as reason for the school district to embrace all this DEI ideology.
